After a long hiatus, Ignition Art! is back with this sexy halter neck mini dress available at the XXX Event. I am wearing a funky fur coat from David Heather over the dress with my favorite thigh high boots from Venus Shoes. This is a great look for a night out with the girls… so sexy, so glam!
Sporting my inner rock & roll spirit, I tapped into my wild side today. The sexy leather corset dress is from The Annex. I really love this brand because it carries such a wide variety of styles. It resonates with my fickle SL personality!
We all have those moments in life feeling anti-social and wanting to be alone. I actually enjoy my alone time. I work in an environment dealing with customers all day, so I do appreciate my quiet time. This cute top is new from TheBeautifulOnes. I wish I had one in RL, so I could wear them to the gym. “Leave me alone!” Anyways, on to today’s look, I went a bit grungier today. The mini-skirt with the belt is also from TheBeautifulOnes. I added my favorite biker jacket and casual accessories to complete the look. My hairstylist is Monso. I am loving it! As you know I am always in search of great short hairs so I welcome any suggestions if you have any. For make-up, I went with a new make-up artist Livia. Livia offers a wide range of applier make-up at very affordable prices. The set comes with multiple applier options. If you are like me who have different mesh heads, this is really convenient. The prices are also very affordable ranging around L$50 price tag. I am so happy to have found another make-up artist with affordable price tag. I am sure I will be featuring Livia quite often along with my all time favorite alaskametro<3.
It was not long ago I dressed up as Queen Padme of Star Wars. Today I bring you more Star Wars with this new outfit from Ignition Art, “Sith Outfit”. I love dressing up, costume, fantasy… and I have been pondering if I should change my blog to dedicate to fantasy and role play exclusively. However, I don’t want to limit myself as there is no clear style that defines me. Anyways, this outfit cannot be worn separately. The hoodie, top, pants, and boots are one single mesh. There is a long sleeve option as well. It’s also available in red color. The gloves are also new from Ignition Art. It’s for men, but there are lots of sizes available. I am wearing extra small and it fits fine. The weapon I am carrying is free. I picked them up at Jomo. As I mentioned in a previous post, there are lots of free weapons (swords, knives, sticks, etc.) available at a corner near the main store. They are not scripted with any poses or animation, but they are good props for pictures. I am using staff poses from Jinx. By the way, I have decided to highlight free items in credits below with a *FREE* tag. After all, everyone loves a bargain.
I finally managed to log into SL for more than few minutes and snap some pictures of new goodies. The outfit is from Ignition Art, available at Gen-Neutral. It comes with multiple colors options on an HUD, perfect casual look to stroll around town. I added some scarf, which I have worn multiple times already, also from Ignition Art. The hat is also new, from Monso. It’s so cute! It’s available at Kustom 9. There is a white version available which is really adorable too!
The bag and shoes are old items in my inventory. I have worn these sneakers multiple times in different color combinations. The bag has been sitting in my inventory for quite sometime but never really had a chance to show them off. It’s also HUD driven, with multiple color combinations. These days it’s almost a must for designers to offer multi color options in HUD, but in all honesty I only use some basic combinations and sometimes wonder if having all these color options is actually necessary… something to think about~ Anyways, today’s make up is updated versions of existing make up appliers by alaskametro<3. As you know, alaskametro<3 is one of my favorite make-up artists in SL. She just recently updated and recolored her make-ups. Check them out!
Today I bring you a few men’s items from two different Men’s monthly fashion events: The Mens Dept and Sir Monthly. Sometimes I shop at men’s section in RL as well, especially for basic items such as t-shirts. Anyways, the beanie and neck piece I am wearing are from Monso available at The Mens Dept. It’s quite versatile and great for any casual outfit. I went a bit grunge. Ignition Art released these jeans and boots combo at Sir Monthly. They are attached and cannot be worn separately, but the boots are available as a separate item if you just want to get the boots. These are obviously for men, but I think it looks good on women too. What’s funny is that I am wearing a size M. Most women’s items I wear a S! The hips made the difference, so try a bigger size than usual when you are wearing men’s jeans or pants. The top is a combination of two different items, my basic ribbed sweater applier from Sn@tch and cropped Liverpool mesh t-shirt from Ch’s. The t-shirt is part of a full outfit, which comes with applier black jeans and boots, but I saved those away for another day. By the way, the poses I am using are also for men.
I wear a lot of brown tones in RL and today’s look really resonates my RL look of the day: a comfortable and roomy sweater with a pair of skinnies. The key to wearing outfits in one color tone is to mix textures and patterns in different shades. It’s less boring. I love how the snake skin texture of the bag just pops. The shoes even have subtle prints which is way more interesting than just plain simple pair of pumps. For a more office appropriate look, swap out the skinnies with dress pants and you are ready to go.
