Girly girly girly… this outfit from Bare@Rose is so cute. The set includes 5 different jackets, 2 different skirts, and 2 different inner shirt. There is a pair of shoes included which I chose not to wear. Instead I am wearing my new boots from Venus Shoes. These boots are amazing. They can be worn as boots show above, or as mary janes with or without knee high stockings. The hairstyle is new from Monso, available at Collabor88. I think it may have been inspired by Jeon So-Min, a popular Korean actress, actually more known for her comedic personality at the entertainment TV show, Running Man. She often wears her hair in braids at the show, but I could be wrong. 🙂
Wow! It’s been a busy week in RL. I am so glad the work week is over. Anyways, today I bring you a bit of Japan. The hairstyle is new from kisetsu, inspired by ofuku hairstyle. I am told ofuku hairstyles are hairstyles worn by senior maikos, i.e. generally maikos that are over 18 years old. Maikos are apprentice geiko. Geiko is a term generally used to refer to geishas from Kyoto. I am learning quite a bit about the geisha world. It’s quite fascinating. I didn’t realize you could tell the difference between maikos and geikos by looking at their hairstyles!
Embracing some punk rock spirit, I pulled out this punk lolita outfit from Bare@Rose for today’s look of the day. The set includes 3 different skirts: pink, red, and blue. I am modeling blue skirt in this post. There is also a pair of thigh high boots and heart headband which I am not wearing today. Instead I chose to wear my thigh high boots from Venus Shoes.
Lately I am in a bit of a bohemian mood, so I was delighted to see this new release from Bare@Rose. This combination of fringe vest, tiered lace top, and bell-bottom pants is just perfect to be worn together or separately. The set actually comes with two vests in different colors, three tops and two pair of pants. It also comes with accessories and boots. I am just wearing the bracelets today and added bohemian drop earrings from Kunglers and necklace from Maxi Gossamer. The boots are old from Venus Shoes. I kept my make up simple with single black eyeliner and dash of red lipstick. The cute hairstyle is new from dafnis. I love it~
Anachron will be splitting into 4 separate brands. It will still be the same designer Nix Marabana behind the four brands, but likely use alts for each brand. The first of the four new brands is kisetsu, focusing on traditional Japanese items. The hair accessories and bag are new releases under this new brand available at Sanarae and Kurenai. I am so excited to see what this brand has to offer in the future. I can’t wait~
My obsession with Game of Thrones continues today with this new hair release from Monso, inspired by Daenerys. I wish I had this hairstyle for my first post dedicated to Game of Thrones, but it’s better late than never. This hairstyle is just perfect! I am wearing a new release from Bare@Rose to complete my look today. It’s not quite Game of Thrones, but it still carries a lot of fantasy and imagination.
Today I bring you a bit of fantasy, courtesy of Bare@Rose. This ballerina outfit “Valletta” is the latest bento design from Bare@Rose. The gloves, shoes and jewelry (tiara and necklace) are included. There are also two different pairs of wings. I am wearing the smaller one. Check out the detail of the outfit. As with any Bare@Rose outfits, the detailing is amazing. If you are looking to add some fantasy to your wardrobe, make sure you check out Bare@Rose. I am sure you will find something of your liking.
