Have you seen the lastest from VIPS Creations? This summer dress is so colorful and vibrant. I feel like a walking piece of art. The print is one of four options you can choose via HUD. Other options include flower prints and geometric prints, but this piece of art just caught my attention. The dress is a statement on its own with very little need for additional accessories. Note the wedge heels are included in the outfit. Jut one more thing to note about my hair today. It’s a gift from Clawtooth available at its mainstore for a limited time. Hurry and pick it up!
I stepped out for cocktail hours at Tic-Toc Lounge Martini Club last night. For the occasion I wore this flirty two tone dress from Snowpaws with elegant pearl jewelry from Zuri Rayna. I wore my hair long, pulled to the side, and kept my make up simple, black cat eyeliner and red lips. I usually prefer body hugging H-line skirt shape, but this A-line skirt allows for better movement. Who knows… a couple of cocktails may lead to some dancing! 😛
I finally have a new laptop and it’s able to handle Second Life at ultra graphic settings! I am still trying to play around with depth of field and shadows. It’s so much fun. Hopefully I will get better at it. Anyways for today’s look I took inspirations from the 50’s. The hair style is from enVOGUE currently on sale at Hairology. The top and shorts are new releases from The Annex, available at Vintage Fair. The hat is an old release from Sweetest Goodbye. Unfortunately the store closed down years ago and they are not available. I still own old items in my inventory, some carry sentimental value, some are still wearable, some are just for laughs, etc. I should get my act together and do some major inventory cleaning~
If yesterday I was the queen of Amazon, today I bring you a sweeter side of me with this flirtatious mini dress from Apple May Designs. The dress comes with matching underwear and together you could actually wear it as a swimsuit, which is what I did during my short trip down to LAS BVLGARI. How cute is this? The pigtails are a new group gift from Truth. I am also wearing a skin I have never worn before. It’s from LoveMe Skins. I bought it during the closing sale. The store is now closed but some items are available at marketplace.
Check out the close up picture of the mini dress above. See the polka dots? The dress comes with two different options, polka dot and plain. I am wearing the polka dot. The matching slippers are from Slipper. These are so girly! Not my usual cup of tea, but once in a while I like to venture out. 🙂
Looking for a glamorous swimsuit for this summer? How about this exquisite piece by Vero Modero. The iridescent shine on a collage of animal prints is sure to capture everyone’s attention, and the extreme v-shape cut is very sexy. I went a bit editorial for my pictures today. Instead of the beach, I chose the Amazon jungle as my background to capture the wild energy of the look. Hope you like today’s styling! I actually love it~
It’s getting very warm in Seoul. I can definitely feel the summer here. It’s time for swimsuits and beach wear shopping. I am wearing a sporty bikini from alaskametro<3. It’s an applier clothing, so you don’t have do worry about fit! I think for the most part I do prefer applier clothing for swimsuit and underwear over mesh. The fringe anklet is also new from alaskametro<3. These are so cute, great summer accessories to be worn with sandals. The only other accessory I am wearing is a surfer necklace from IT!
The skin I am wearing today is a tone darker than my usual skin tone. This skin is actually a new group gift from Lumae, called “Summer Sky”. I love the blue eyeshadow and the neutral lips with a tint of blush. Note there is a L$1 fee to join Lumae group. My short hair is from Monso. I have always argued there is a need for more short hairstyles in SL, so thank you! Anyways, I will be featuring more swimwear going forward. Hope you get some ideas for your SL summer~
I am taking a bit of a break from ordinary clothes, and bringing a touch of fantasy to my look of the day today. This gorgeous gown I am wearing is a new release from The Beautiful Ones, and it’s absolutely divine. I usually stay away from white gowns and dresses. They just scream “wedding”. Nothing wrong with a wedding gown but not something I would choose to wear other than on my wedding day. This dress however just looks great in white. There is a HUD with lots of color options so no worries. Drawing inspiration from Ancient Greece, I am feeling like a Greek goddess lost in Egypt.
The magnificent headpiece/mask is from Jinx. I accessorized with a new statement necklace from IT! It almost looks like the necklace is part of the dress. I love it when things line up perfectly. I added a bit more modern shoes to update the overall look. These are new from Venus. Playing dress up in Second Life is so much fun! Who know in what mood I will be tomorrow~ 😛
I incorporated a bit of retro elements in my look today with this geometrical print dress. It reminds so much of the 60’s or 70’s. This dress is a new release by Snowpaws at On9, available in multiple colors. I chose mauve, purple tones… and kept accessories in similar color scheme. The hair is also new, a sale item at Hairology by Tukinowaguma. I have to say her dark hair color tones are by far one of my most favorite, not too black not to brown, just the perfect shade of black brown which resemble my natural hair color in RL. 🙂 By the way, I edited the tone of my picture for a more faded look, bringing the nostalgia of old photos.
I needed to escape to somewhere beautiful today… tragic news, so much hatred in the world, trouble at RL work, so much politics… just needed a bit of positive energy. Beautiful sunsets always bring me hope, perhaps because it feels like a preview to a better day ahead. Anyways, I am keeping my look very simple today. I am wearing a flower print playsuit in soft pastel colors, with matching flats and simple accessories. It’s nothing complicated, very easy, perfect for a day like today when there is so much going on.
I have been dancing around in Telrunya, a magical forest perfect for a dreamy performance. For the occasion, I wore Sugar Bell Ballerina from BamPu Legacies in a sweet pastel color. The outfit includes the flower crown and ballet slippers. FYI, the ballet slippers cannot be worn separately. The slippers and leggings are one single mesh. I added big pearl necklace and bracelet from Apple May Designs. My hair style is a new purchase from a new to me store “LCKY” I discovered during the latest Midnight Madness. This store carries some funky hairstyles in gorgeous unexpected colors. I am sure I will be stopping by this store again soon!
